ABOUT OUR FLORIDA VILLA
More detail about our 4 bedroom Orlando pool home on Sandy Ridge. Check out our gallery for more photos of our property and the surrounding area. We chose our villa in Florida due to it's prime location, The Villa has been furnished and equipped with consideration to you, our guests.
SUNDOWN VILLA
Our home is a child friendly environment, the door to the pool is alarmed and there is a safety fence that can be put up if required, for your use there are 2 cots 2 highchairs and 2 strollers.please note no cot bedding supplied, Please view the gallery for pictures of the kitchen and other views of the villa, the kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, large fridge, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, cookwear,waste disposal and a walk in larder, there is a utility room with a washer, dryer, iron and iron board, there are 4 bedrooms, master bedroom en-suite, double room en-suite, 2 twin rooms, main bathroom there is also a downstairs cloakroom, we provide all linens and towels for the bathrooms and bedrooms, there are pool towels for your use feel free to take them on trips to the water parks, the house is big enough to comfortably accommodate 2 families, you can also park 2 cars on the drive. We have tried to make our home as comfortable and inviting as possible we want to help make your stay in the worlds number one holiday destination memorable.
MASTER BEDROOM
Relax in comfort in this luxurious master bedroom, Tastefully furnished features a TV with cable, Phone all local and international calls are free, radio alarm and hairdryer, there is a huge walk in closet and the en-suit features a double vanity unit and a walk in shower, enjoy the peace and tranquility of this lovely room. Double Room
The second bedroom is another tastefully furnished room, features a large comfortable double bed, clock radio, phone, TV with cable and a hair dryer, there is a spacious closet the en-suite has a vanity unit and a walk in shower
TWIN ROOM
There are two twin rooms both have TV with cable and spacious closets neither are en-suit but the main bathroom is situated between them the bathroom has a full bath and shower with a vanity unit and hair dryer both rooms are nicely furnished, please see the gallery for pictures of the other twin room
THE LOUNGE
A very comfortable lounge, relax at the end of a hectic day, for your enjoyment there is a plasma TV, DVD, Stereo and a Play Station 3 consul, just bring a few of your favorite games with you, or flick through the countless cable channels, or check your emails keep up with all the latest on the web there is a new lap top with high speed Internet connection or if you have your own lap top there is a wifi connection please do checkout our gallery for more images of this lovely spacious living and dining area
THE POOL
This is our favorite part of the villa our lovely pool & spa, the pool is heated, heating is charged at £15 per day extra this is not required between May to September, there is table and chairs also sun loungers, enjoy your morning coffee alfresco, unlike most villas our pool is not overlooked due to our location on a lovely conservation area, more pictures in the gallery
THE GAMES ROOM
The double size garage has been utilised as a games room, we have for your enjoyment a pool table, air hockey, table tennis and electronic darts, there is a bar table and 2 chairs the floor is polished and the room is pleasant to be in, a wonderful edition to the home

VILLA DETAILS
