PAYMENT TERMS
Non refundable down payment of £200 to be made at time of booking, balance due in full 8 weeks before travel. Payment methods accepted, with your credit card via PayPal, this method incurs a 3% surcharge, bank transfer or cheque, dollars or sterling, apart from pool heat the price is inclusive.
DEPOSIT
A refundable £250 security deposit is required, this must be paid at the same time as the balance for your booking, the deposit will be refunded 14 days after your departure.
MAID SERVICE
Maid service is carried out on departure, if you require maid service mid booking this will incur an extra charge, please wash the sheets and load them into the dryer on departure, this also applies to the dishwasher

POOL HEAT
Pool heat is charged at £15 per day minimum booked 4 days, a word about pool heat, the heater brings the water to a pleasant temperature it will not be hot, please ensure that you use the pool cover to retain the temperature or the heat will be lost
LATE AVAILABILITY
Sundown Villa is a new property we have late availability rates please use the contacts page to enquire about rates
BOOKINGS OF LESS THAN 5 DAYS
Bookings of less than 5 days will be charged a £35 cleaning charge
